Technical depth without hiding the decision.
I’m Ryan Tracey, a network, cloud and infrastructure solutions architect. CompassRCS is my contracting practice for work across networking, cloud and infrastructure.
I think in systems and show my working.
I keep the technical detail close enough to test the decision properly. That means establishing the real constraint, making trade-offs visible and staying involved through delivery.
I work directly with technical teams, leaders and suppliers. The aim is clear ownership, practical delivery and an outcome the next person can support.
